The accomodation consists of two double bedrooms with balconies overlooking the side street (sleeps four persons), a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, toaster, fridge, iron and ironboard.

A bathroom complete with hot and cold water and electric heater. A dining and sitting room complete with cable TV. Electric fans and electric heaters, sheetings and towels are provided and changed once a week.

There is also a roof top where one can enjoy a spot of sunshine and a panoramic view especially at night which is very illuminous.

The owners are offering their guests a night out during the week or at the end of the week to entertainment places especially where they do Ballroom dancing and sequence line dance.

A lift is installed at the premises.
